During fiscal 2017, the company opened 4 new Tommy Bahama stores and 17 net new Lilly Pulitzer, in addition to closing 6 existing Tommy Bahama stores. In the first half of fiscal 2018, the company opened 1 net Tommy Bahama store and 3 net Lilly Pulitzer stores. Tommy Bahama full-price stores are located in upscale malls, lifestyle shopping centers, resort destinations and brand appropriate street locations and average approximately 3,400 square feet; outlet stores are generally located in upscale outlet shopping centers and average 4,700 square feet; and restaurants are generally adjacent to a Tommy Bahama full-price retail store, with a combined average of 11,600 square feet, with 4,300 square feet devoted to retail and 7,300 for the restaurant. Lilly Pulitzer stores are located in higher-end malls, lifestyle shopping centers, resort destinations and brand-appropriate street locations, and average about 2,600 square feet.
