Terrain garden centers are large and free standing sites, with approximately 18,000 square feet of enclosed selling space as well as approximately two acres of outdoor seasonal selling space. BHLDN stores have approximately 3,300 square feet of selling space and are located in specialty retail centers. Total square feet is typically about 30% more than selling space at each store.
