Seasons 52 restaurants are freestanding buildings or premier in-line sites in high traffic areas averaging approximately 8,500 to 11,000 sq ft, with seating for 260-300 guests. Bahama Breeze restaurants average approximately 7,100 sq ft, and Eddie V's restaurants average approximately 9,000 sq ft.
