Yard House restaurants average approximately 11,100 square feet with seating for 355 guests, while new store prototypes average 11,500 square feet and 380 dining seats. The Capital Grille ranges from 6,000 to 17,000 square feet and typically averages approximately 8,000 to 12,000 square feet, with seating for 250 to 300 guests. Seasons 52 restaurants are freestanding buildings or premier in-line sites in high traffic areas averaging approximately 8,500 to 11,000 square feet, with seating for 260-300 guests. Bahama Breeze restaurants average approximately 7,100 square feet, and Eddie V's restaurants average approximately 9,000 square feet.
