As of Mar 21, 2017, the company operated 50 restaurants in 24 states, including 12 Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House restaurants, 18 Sullivan's Steakhouse restaurants and 23 Del Frisco’s Grille restaurants.

During fiscal 2016, the company relocated 1 Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House location in Dallas, and opened 3 Del Frisco's Grille locations. In fiscal 2017, the company expects to open 1 Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House and 1 Del Frisco's Grill. Long term, the company believes there is an opportunity to open 5 to 7 new restaurants annually, generally composed of 1 to 2 Del Frisco’s and 4 to 6 Sullivan’s and/or Grilles, and sees the potential for over 170 Del Frisco's Grilles.

All but 1 restaurants are leased, generally for initial terms of 5 to 15 years with at least two to four 5-year extension options.

Del Frisco's Double Eagle restaurants are located in marquee locations, including waterfront property, popular shopping districts and active business centers in urban locations to target customers seeking a "destination dining" experience, while Sullivan's and Grille restaurants are intended to appeal to a broader demographic and thereby are located in urban and suburban areas in close proximity to affluent residential neighborhoods. Double Eagle restaurants range between 11,000 and 24,000 square feet, with new restaurants expected to be 12,000 to 16,000 square feet; Sullivan's range from 7,000 to 11,000 square feet, with new restaurants expected to be 8,000 to 9,000 square feet; and Grille restaurants range in size from 6,500 to 8,500 square feet.
